3. Might anything negative come to you out of making these changes? Can you think of any drawbacks from making these changes?
4. How much do I really want the things I want? This may make you realize that some things you thought you wanted, you really don’t want, but instead you may find out that you want different things.
Try spending a few hours or even the rest of your day and considering these questions and try as much as you can coming up with answers. An important factor is, when people are nervous or worried, they often think about unpleasant or even depressing things all day long. So why not start in on also giving those things you wish for in your life more room to imagine and think about? This is a much deeper way of thinking and this is the level at which the Hypnotherapy has shown to have verified results
